Social Affairs

The duties of the office are:  Administrative and financial management of:
1 - The AFS Grant of Solidarity is divided as follows:

Women heads of family :   A special grant for divorced and widowed women who have no income and have one or more children.

Elderly : a grant for persons aged 60 years and over and with low incomes.

- Families sponsoring a disabled child - low-income -

Chronic diseases : a grant intended for people who benefit from the chronic diseases card and those with low incomes.

Blind : a grant for blind persons.

 

- Handicapped 100℅ : a grant for the mentally handicapped,  kinematically,  multi-movement,  Disabled under 100℅ and  Deaf/dumb.

 

Conditions for benefiting from the solidarity grant  

Not benefiting from the following funds:

   - National Social Security Fund -CNAS-

   - National Fund for Non-Payments - CASNOS -

   - National Pension Fund - CNR -

   Not owning farmland

2 - Program for the Integration of Certificate Holders (PID) : for university graduates and high technicians who hold a degree.

Those concerned should contact the Employment Services at the Directorate of Social Activity La DAS to deposit their files, and upon acceptance, their appointments are sent to the office to inform them.

3- The Integration Device for Social Activities (DAIS) : for persons seeking work (without an educational level or qualification certificate).

 

as does  The office also deposits the files of the beneficiaries of the previous programs with the social security services and follows them up.

- National Social Security Fund -CNAS-

- National Fund for Non-Employees - CASNOS -

- National Retirement Fund - CNR -

- A birth certificate.
