Birth and upbringing

He was born on April 11, 1977 in the municipality of Khelia, from a humble, authentic family.  The son of the late Muhammad Awar and Mrs  Khaira Dali, married and father of four daughters.

The academic track:

  He started his studies at the primary school “Ali Bonjar” in the municipality of Khuliya, then moved to the middle education classes in Tignev, and then to secondary education, at the university, where he studied in the Wilayat of Mascara and then Tiaret.

Career path:

After performing his military service duty, he worked under pre-employment contracts for a year as a state engineer  In the Directorate of Public Works of the Wilayat of Mascara in the sub-section of the district of Tagnif, then:

- Works director at the National Corporation at Grace Airport.

- Head of the tunnel completion project in the state camp

- State engineer in the local administration of the state of a camp delegated at the level of the municipality of Saheliya from 02/09/2006 to 01/30/2019.

Head of the Building, Reconstruction and Rural Construction Office

Head of Public Procurement Department

- Vice-President of the Municipal People's Council of the municipality of Khelweya from 02/01/2019 until the end of the mandate.

- Head of the Municipal People's Council of the Khalweya municipality for the term of 2021-2026.
