و قبل أيام معدودة ترسل مصالح البلدية إلى الجهات المعنية طلب التزويد بخراطيش مادة البارود التي يستعملها الفرسان.كما يتم إعلام الفرقة الإقليمية للدرك الوطني لبلديتنا و كذا عناصر الحماية المدنية .لإضفاء جو أمني على الحدث خلال ايامه المحددة.
