The authority is concerned with all auction procedures with the committee in charge of the auction related to renting municipal property mentioned below in order for the municipality to collect incomes that help in the local development of the municipality. You also do:
* To rent the premises located in the basement of Jarman previously, by means of a licensing decision.
* Renting the warehouses located along the state road leading to Mascara through public auction, as follows:
1- Warehouse No. 01.
2- Warehouse No. 02.
3- Warehouse No. 03.
4- Warehouse No. 04.
5- Warehouse No. 05.
6- Warehouse No. 06.
7- Chicken and Meat "cellular" unit
* Rent a place for the telecom company MOBILIS.
* Lease of professional shops at the municipality level and affiliated to the State Property Directorate, which amount to 30 shops, which are rented based on a loyalty decision obtained by the concerned person after depositing the application file. These shops are not rented unless the concerned person holds a certificate of conformity to the profession he is practicing or wants to practice Commercial activity.
It is also charged with the file of settling administrative contracts for housing.

The weekly market of a cellular municipality

The weekly market was established based on State Decision No. 1284 of August 19, 2009 Every Saturday, which includes the authorization to establish a weekly market for the benefit of a cellular municipality as a result of the effort made by the Municipal People's Council in coordination with the authorities of the Borj district and the Wilayat of Mascara.
The market occupies an area of 4.5 hectares, bounded to the north by the headquarters of the regional division of the National Gendarmerie, to the south by agricultural land and the headquarters of the good guardian "Sidi Mohamed bin Zarqa", to the east by Oued Maousa and to the west by State Road No. 43.
